Please be patient will all our staff whilst they adjust to using a new computer system.

Please be aware that we will take a little longer to deal with your request.

Patients are able to request to see any GP of their choice irrespective of their registered usual GP, patients are able to request to see any GP within the practice.

The aim of our service is to provide access to patients on the day of their request to see a GP. Pre-bookable appointments with a GP are available and more are released throughout the day.

We respectfully ask that you understand our receptionists are doing their very best to help you and will offer whatever appointments are available for them to offer.

In addition, our “on the day” service will continue to operate from 8 a.m. and will be run by the duty team comprising two doctors and a nurse practitioner on most days. The Duty Team will help all patients who make contact and need advice or assessment on the same day.

It is clearly established nationally that demand for GP appointments is increasing by at least 5% year on year and that is why getting to see a doctor or nurse can seem more difficult - despite the fact that we are all working longer hours at the surgery!
